Book a Growth Systems Diagnostic

Before you build the funnel, test the signal.

A practical assessment for founders who need to judge whether their market, problem, offer, and path to paid demand are clear enough to scale.

Six questions. About three minutes. No email required to see your score.

Signal is not one thing. It is six, and the weakest one sets the ceiling.

You can be strong on five and still stall, because the sixth is where buyers quietly drop out.

Pain intensity

A problem that is annoying gets postponed. A problem that costs money, time, or reputation gets a budget. Most weak signals fail here first.

Buyer urgency

Pain without a deadline behaves like no pain at all. Urgency is what turns interest into a calendar entry.

Ability and willingness to pay

These are two different tests. Plenty of buyers can afford the solution and still will not spend on this category.

Specificity of the desired outcome

If the buyer cannot describe what success looks like, you cannot price it, deliver it, or prove you achieved it.

Credibility to deliver

Not credentials — evidence. What can you show today, honestly, that makes the claim believable?

Repeatability of demand

One good customer is an anecdote. A repeatable way to find the next one is a business.

A good idea is not yet a market signal.

Good ideas are common and often correct. An idea describes a solution that ought to work. A signal is evidence that a specific group of people already feel the problem, already want it gone, and already spend money on attempts to solve it.

The gap between the two is not intelligence or ambition. It is information you can only get by looking at what buyers do, not what they say when asked politely.

This matters because acquisition infrastructure amplifies whatever you point it at. Build the system on a strong signal and it compounds. Build it on a weak one and you have bought a faster way to find out.

Score the six, honestly.

Answer as your buyers would, not as you hope. A generous score here is the most expensive kind of comfort.

Nothing is sent anywhere when you do this. Your score is calculated in your browser.

Three things, and none of them is a sales call.

  • A clarity score across the six dimensions, so you can see the shape of the signal rather than a single impression.
  • Your weakest variable named, because that is the one setting your ceiling regardless of how strong the others are.
  • A next-step recommendation matched to your band — what to sharpen, and what not to build yet.

Turn the finding into a system.

One working session. We map how demand actually moves through your business today, name the constraint that is costing you the most, and decide together whether an implementation engagement makes sense.

Step one

See where momentum breaks

We walk the real path an inquiry takes today — first touch, response time, follow-up, booking, handoff — and find where it stalls.

Step two

Test whether this is the right engagement

Some constraints are a systems problem. Some are an offer problem or a delivery problem. We will tell you which one you have.

Step three

Leave with a clear decision

You get the constraint named, the sequence to fix it, and a straight answer on scope. No obligation to proceed.

The Diagnostic is an application. We take on a limited number of implementations, so we screen for fit before scheduling.
